This South Indian Multigrain Dosa is prepared by Chef Sabyasachi. The chef prepared a batter which is not just healthy but also yummy. He prepares a fluffy and crispy dosa and fills it with beans, cheese and schezwan sauce. The dosa can be served by tomato ketchup, red and green chutney.
