In the previous episode of Arivaan – The Revelation, Deva and his senior officer call a guy named Vishnu and tell him that his father; who was accused of killing the girls in 2013, was actually innocent. When they apologise to Vishnu, the latter tells them that it is too late, as his father has passed away. Vishnu also informs them that he and his mother faced many problems due to their accusations. In the next scene, Deva and Hari (in 2013) work on a different case. Again a girl named Revathi has gone missing.
