Kranti Redkar Shares Her Postpartum Pic, Urges Newbie Moms To Be Patient About Weight Loss

There is a preconceived notion in the society that women cannot lose weight they have put on during their pregnancy. This is often seen as a cause of worry for moms-to-be, who are scared about gaining excess weight. But Kranti Redkar broke away from this misconception that women cannot put away the excess weight post their pregnancy. The actress recently posted a before and after pictures of her post-pregnancy look along with a message for all the newbie moms out there.

The actress uploaded her postpartum pictures on Instagram and urged all the mothers to be patient about weight loss. Kranti penned a long heartfelt caption to the post and wrote, “2 months postpartum v/s 1year postpartum. Shedding weight takes time ladies but be at it. Don’t be lazy, eat healthy and not fattening food. Don’t miss your workout. The goal should never be losing weight. It should be to get fit. You may workout for 4 hours but if you are not eating right it will never give results. And ladies don’t pressure yourself, your body has done so much for you, let it take its own time, it might be quick for some of you and might be slow for some of you, if it is a c section it’s a different ball game altogether but I promise you will get there in the end. I will share in a video what I did to shed the Post pregnancy weight. Hang in there.”

Through the post, Kranti tried to convey that losing weight post-pregnancy is a process that needs time. She further asked the newbie moms to hang in there as they will be able to achieve their goals eventually. For those who are unaware, Kranti is the proud mother of twins named Ziya and Zyda, who she gave birth to almost two years ago. The actress is currently enjoying her post-pregnancy phase and looking after her kids while simultaneously working on film scripts.
