Aindrita Ray is back and how! At a recent award function, she was the cynosure of all eyes in a white outfit. The actress looked fit and fab and we’re guessing it’s because of her regular cycling habits. Here are a few unusual benefits  of this handy and no-frills workout.

Research has shown that cycling reduces the chances of bowel cancer and the risk of breast cancer is reduced, too.

Moreover it is recommended for people suffering from Type 2 diabetes. Lack of physical activity is a major reason why people develop this type of diabetes. If you’re a potential diabetic or are already suffering from it, then cycling for around 30 minutes per day can reduce that risk upto 40% and improve your health condition.
