2. By the waterfall

*may* have torn a ligament while clambering over some slippery rocks to reach this waterfall, but who cares. Memories last forever, ligament tears don't. (or do they?) (Brb checking WebMD) As I wistfully say goodbye to my excess barbecue, excess Soju, excess K pop, not enough skincare shopping, no make up, frizzy hair trip, I'm certain that my favourite memory of South Korea will always be of that evening when I was driving on the country side roads of Jeju while it poured outside, the windscreen wipers struggling to keep up, the sky outside growing increasingly dark, with dense forests on my either side, no vehicle in sight and a thumping heart that prayed that my rented car (in which I'd very quickly and very unhesitatingly put all my trust) wouldn't break down on the road. In all this, the only thing that I found to distract me was a radio station where the woman spoke Korean but played western classical music. I don't know if it was the music or her calm voice but it worked. This is a good time to thank @kanixx and @dysonhair for making me a part of the Dyson family and bringing me to Seoul. I look forward to a long and healthy association and long and healthy hair. Heheheh. Until next time then, say Kimchiiiiii! 🇰🇷

The diva also took a trip to Cambodia, where she explored the famous Ta Prohm temple. For the uninitiated, this temple was featured in the famous Hollywood movie, Tomb Raider.

4. Here’s a beautiful capture of the Cambodian Angkor Wat temple, courtesy Shraddha!

I was 12 when my social studies teacher taught us about Cambodia. He would speak in Hindi and he would repeatedly say "Camboge" and in my head I'd always correct him and say "Cambodia". Fascinated by the Angkor Wat, an enormous Hindu temple (now Buddhist) that existed in a faraway, exotic country and how religion traveled across lands, the thought of someday visiting Angkor always stayed with me and as time passed, it became a dormant dream. It's been a long time since I was 12. I'm the least religious person I know, but the 12 year old curious, wonder-eyed Shraddha is thrilled. Oh and I watched the sunrise at Angkor today. Loosely in the words of @arvind_meh , one of the most epic sound and lights shows put on by nature.

The actress also visited the Angkor Wat temple. The picturesque structure, certainly found itself on Shraddha’s Instagram.

In just one year, Shraddha also took a trip to Dubai, one of the biggest cities to shop from. Needless to say, she acted touristy and took a picture against the famed Burj Khalifa!

Shraddha Srinath played the role of Meera Krishnan, the main protagonist in Nerkona Paarvai, who gets accused of attempted murder. The film, directed by H. Vinoth, is a Tamil remake of the hit Hindi film, Pink. The story revolves around three independent women, and how they get embroiled in a legal mess with Adhik, and his well-connected friends, for refusing to bed them. Bharath (played by Ajith Kumar), a retired lawyer, decides to take up their case and help them win it,while explaining the importance of acknowledging the word ‘No.’ The film also stars Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang, Arjun Chidambaram, Adhik Ravichandran, Ashwin Rao, Rangaraj Pandey, Sujith Shankar, Delhi Ganesh, Vidya Balan and Jayaprakash.
