In tonight’s episode, Nanda and Seelan find the infant killer Kannan Kumar and interrogate him, but Kannan refuses to speak or admit to the murder. Meanwhile, Mugi is released from jail. He expresses his gratitude to Prakash on joining back. However, Mugi looks upset as his junior Prakash single-handedly solved the rave party case that he was working on before he was arrested.

Later, Kannan, who was not ready to open his mouth, confesses to his crime. Nanda manages to make Kanna confess by torturing him to speak the truth. Elsewhere Seelan reprimands Nanda for his cruelty but the latter tells him that he is just an acting Chief and not a real one. Before the two could get into an argument, Regina stops them.
